When you purchase a pitbull puppy from emellyhomes, it is accompanied by a 1 year health guarantee and sales contract. Within 9 days of shipping your puppy, we require you to take the puppy to a licensed veterinarian for a checkup. If the VET finds out within the first 9 days of purchasing the puppy that it is sick of an illness that has been contracted before the date of delivery, you should contact us immediately so that we can rectified the issue as soon as possible.

Our American pitbull Puppies are 100% safe, secure and guaranteed to be in good health and free from any signs of infection at the time we ship them to you. We take pride to say that our relationship with you doesn’t end once you take home a puppy from us. As a family of breeders and experienced puppy counselors, we would wish to believe that nothing can ever go wrong with our puppies. However, some things are not always in our control because a puppy’s health depends on many things like genetics, exercise, nourishment, and overall daily care.

Replacement Option: We don’t believe your puppy is replaceable due to emotional attachments but we do believe that sometimes the pains of losing a puppy can be reduced when we can offer you another puppy of equal value. In case of the unforeseen event of death within one year from its purchase date, or if the puppy is found to possess health disorders (within 1 year) which adversely affects the health of the puppy, we’ll replace it with another puppy of equivalent value at no cost to you. The reason for death should be certified by a certified VET technician and we shall expect you to email us a copy of this health report so that we can refund your money back or you choose from our new litters

3-Year Genetic Guarantee: We offer a 3-year genetic guarantee for life-threatening, untreatable defects, such as heart defects (including scale 4 or higher) and any organ disorders. Please note that this guarantee does not cover treatable disorders.

Vet Check and Documentation : Prior to shipping, we conduct thorough health assessments of our Puppies, including screening family members and friends who visit our facility. Our Puppies are up-to-date with vaccinations and have been dewormed. To activate the health guarantee, we request that you take your Puppies to a licensed veterinarian within 48 hours of receiving them. This step ensures their well-being and validates the health guarantee.
